Meet Chance, the creative force behind so many of the signature flavors that define The Thirsty Fish.

Born and raised in Reno, Chance also spent time in Monterey and Sacramento, where he expanded his artistry and sharpened his creativity. With more than 10 years of bartending experience, especially in the craft-cocktail world, he brings a depth of skill and imagination that elevates every drink we serve. He learned most of his foundational craft from time spent behind the bar at a local favorite, where he gained hands-on experience, mentorship, and the confidence to develop his own style.
